For Event Registration please fill out the following form. When entering your Ticket number, use the Ticket Number you received when you purchased your ticket. This unique number can be used for all raffles and games during the event. Saves time so you do not have to fill out all those small tickets with your information. Just write down the number on the back of the small tickets.
